Local Goodness from and for the Cardiff area

I make various 'preserves' including jams, marmalades, jellies & curds, chutneys, pickles, relishes & fermented products from my Cardiff kitchen using (where possible) locally grown or foraged ingredients.

I sell these from a market stall at the RCMA Roath Farmers Market based in The Mackintosh in Keppoch Street, Roath (I am generally to be found there every Saturday morning).

I am only able to bring a small selection of what I make to these markets so if you are looking for something specific, just let me know what you want, and where you want it, and I will be able to make sure that I have it when I see you.

Some of my produce can also now be tried directly from selected high quality suppliers such as ...

The BBC Food producer of the year 2016 - 'Charcutier Ltd'
My brown and red sauces are fantastic with Illtuds stonking bacon rolls.
Many congratulations on your award Illtyd.

My beer jelly is used on some of Got Beefs excellent burgers.

The Dusty Knuckle Pizza Company in Canton offer some of my chutneys with their delicious hand thrown pizzas plus some rye and laverbread crackers made specially for them.
